If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we welcome your request for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Please note that this refund policy only applies to unused, well-packaged items. - Refund Request Procedure

Returning Items: After receiving your refund confirmation, please return the item to the address we specified. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging and with all tags attached.
Awaiting Processing: Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect it and, if we confirm that the item is eligible for a refund, process your refund within 7 business days. - Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the payment method used for purchase. If you paid by credit card, your refund will be reflected on your credit card statement. The processing time depends on your bank’s processing speed. - Fees
